In conjunction to my last post titled as how reliable is the Paleo diet, I’m all set to share what all are the things if consumed regularly would benefit your well-being. It’s no stone carved rule that elucidates that focusing on quantity would make you gain/shed weight. Go easy!!! Here are a few healthy breakfast recipes , if consumed properly would reward you with flawless physique.
Natural trail mix: though relatively high on the calorie density front, dry fruits such as cashews and almonds are storehouse of proteins. Eating handful of almonds is good to go with regularly.
Avocados: going by what nutritionists have to say, ½ of avocado, if consumed on a regular basis suffices against satiating 5 gm. of essential nutrients.
Off track: usually, munching on those salty snacks, while comfortably lying on a couch is a favorite past time for one and all. So while the former part remains the same, you’ll have to substitute those fries and popcorn’s to seaweeds. For the reason that chips, fries, pizzas and Doritos are entitled to cause health risks, must be substituted with Good healthy sandwich ideas.
Banana chips: well contrary to committing sweet-sin of consuming sweets and chocolates like crazy and then regretting latter, it’s always better to be at the safer end. Banana chips are likely to fit in flexibly, satiating your sweet cravings. But then it’s going to make you pseudo satisfied. Instead of going for those salt embedded chips, you can home-bake it. Chips once dipped in lemon juice gets that could be baked.
Meatballs: I bet you’d love me for this. Simple to store and an energy booster, it is recommended to consume at least four to five meatballs a day. Having it alternatively too would serve the purpose. Easily available in markets, if you prefer making it all on your own, then choose the leanest meat cuts to keep a check over calorie and fat consumption.
